Concerns Over COVID-19 Vaccine Impact on Military Health

Summary:

On 1 February 2022, Senator Ron Johnson wrote to Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin, expressing concerns raised during a roundtable discussion on COVID-19 vaccine safety. Attorney Thomas Renz, representing whistleblowers from the Department of Defence (DoD), reported alarming increases in medical diagnoses among military personnel, suggesting a potential link to the mandated COVID-19 vaccines. Citing data from the Defence Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), Renz highlighted a significant rise in various health issues in 2021 compared to the five-year averages from 2016 to 2020. Notable increases included a 2,181% rise in hypertension, a 1,048% rise in nervous system diseases, and a 487% rise in breast cancer cases. Renz also claimed that data on myocarditis had been removed from DMED. Johnson requested clarification from the DoD on these findings and urged the preservation of all related records, emphasising the need for a thorough investigation into the alleged health impacts of the vaccines on service members.
