SAVIMS C-19 Jabs Informed Consent

Summary

According to various ethical and legal standards, including the South African Constitution and the National Health Act, informed consent is mandatory before administering any medical treatment. It is asserted that individuals who received Covid-19 vaccines did not receive truthful information about the risks and benefits, rendering their consent invalid. The phrase “safe and effective” used to describe these vaccines is challenged, as independent analyses have revealed flaws in clinical trial methodologies and reporting. There is no Level 1 Medical Evidence proving the safety or efficacy of Covid-19 vaccines as of August 2022. Promoters of these vaccines should disclose the lack of conclusive evidence, the short-lived and potentially negative effectiveness, and the higher incidence of adverse effects compared to other vaccines. Serious side effects include blood clotting disorders, immune suppression, and autoimmunity, leading to severe health issues. Consequently, it is believed that well-informed individuals would refuse Covid-19 vaccination.
